KAN IEDEREEN MEEDOEN?

Tot het einde van dit academiejaar zal iedereen die het Conservatorium of DE SINGEL binnenkomt zich deze vraag (kunnen) stellen: in 18 verschillende talen! Vloerstickers in de inkomsas doen ons stilstaan bij de toegankelijkheid van onze instelling en onze artistieke praktijken. De installatie behoort tot de output van Max Greysons onderzoeksproject rond inclusive practices dat hij voerde in opdracht van onderzoeksgroep CORPoREAL. Annelise Cerchedean ontwierp de stickers, diverse studenten en docenten zorgden voor de vertalingen, waarvoor dank! Lees (in bijlage) het ervaringsverslag van Max Greyson dat hij schreef naar aanleiding van zijn onderzoeksproject De Woensdagen.

CAN EVERYONE PARTICIPATE?

Until the end of this academic year, everyone entering the Royal Conservatoire or international Arts Centre DE SINGEL in Antwerp will (be able to) ask themselves this question: in 18 different languages! Floor stickers in the entrance hall make us reflect on the accessibility of our institutions and our artistic practices. The installation is part of the output of Max Greyson's research project on inclusive practices, which he conducted on behalf of research group CORPoREAL. Annelise Cerchedean designed the stickers, several students and teachers provided the translations.
